Asphalt, cloves, blackberry, sweet woodsmoke. Mouth-filling and mouth-puckering. Chunky chains of tannin drag through the wine. It’s not overdone, despite the way it sounds. Fresher, red-berried flavours peek through the finish, though it remains a Very Big Wine. A mouthful, but an intriguing one."

Vinen rock:it fra vinhuset JC´s Own er airborn og kan vække både den nordkoreanske raketmand samt den engelsk musiske rocketman med kraften fra dens raketdyser. Duftmæssigt er der spark i raketten ... skrald på aromaerne med dyb, mørk frugt, brombær, blommer, jordbær, læder, lakrids, flæsk, sødme og ganske kødfuld, men aftryk fra egefadene også mærkes med lidt vanilje, våde træbjælker og mælkechokolade ... men der er samtidig en lille frisk og levende og småsyrlig nerve. Men smagen er sgu det absolut bedste ... rocketfuel men af den bløde slags, vildt smagfuld med saftige røde bær, brombær, jordbær, tranebær, tørre og kalkede tanniner, chokolade, lakrids, blomster og en snert parfumeret ...  hvor er det bare kompleks, flot afbalanceret, velkomponeret med dyb, elegance og lang cremet eftersmag. Det er saftsuseme en vin, der omgående har fået en plads i mit hjerte ... and I think my spaceship knows which way to go. Far er glad og raketten rammer stjernerne med astronautisk præcision"
