Pinot Noir trives utroligt godt på de højt beliggende marker nær Tupungato bjerget. Når man stikker næsen i glasset er man ikke i tvivl om at vinen er oversøisk, da den rummer langt mere varme og krydderi end en europæisk. Til gengæld er der også friskhed og vitaminrig eftersmag i denne vin, og det er netop det der gør den så fremragende. Argentinsk fortolkning af Pinot Noir. Vinen har lagret 12 måneder på franske egetræsfade hvoraf 30% var nye.
Lys teglrød farve. Jordbærkompot, karamel, og let viol i næsen. Let og vekstruktureret på tungen. Den fornemmes overhovedet ikke som en vin med 14,5% alkohol. Kardemomme, kanel, peber, og let frugtesødme pirrer tungen, og lever meget længe i eftersmagen. Flot vin til at ledsage vildt.
