Ejendommen er med sine 18 hektar et af de mindste Grand Cru slotte på Medoc-halvøen. Slottet er nabo til Cos d´Estournel. Markerne der støder op til Cos d´Estournel er meget grusholdige og velegnede til Cabernet Sauvignon, imens den modsatte side af ejendommen har meget lerholdig jord, og derfor er bedst til Merlot.
Mosten gæres i tanke af rustfrit stål og overføres dernæst til amerikanske egetræsfade. Et usædvanligt valg for området. 40% af fadene fornys hvert år.
